Update Fields (Add contract and contact details)
Click “Update Contract Data” to add contract details and contact information to the workflow.
Detail in the “Workflow Fields” screen populates documents. It includes information from the contract and contact details for clients, real estate agents, councils etc. Complete each group and click “Save Changes” to return to the Matter Workflow.
Tasks are a description of an action to be taken. Task types include generating a document, opening a website, or sending a notification.
Clicking “Generate Document” to make a document or “Open URL” to go to a website will mark the task as being completed. Otherwise select (tick) a task and click the “Complete” button.
Note: To reduce the list of tasks visible at a time, completed tasks can be hidden by clicking “Hide Completed Tasks”.
Action Workflow tasks as they become due.
